How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders over $35 ship free.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every pint. If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Because the pouches are a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items, but if something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, just email us and we will sort it out.
How do I make it?
Simple. Pour about 1.5 cups of milk into the Creami pint first, then add the pouch and stir to combine. Freeze it flat and level for at least 16 hours. When you are ready to eat, run hot water over the sides of the pint for 30 to 40 seconds, then spin on Ice Cream mode in your Ninja Creami. Run Mix In, repeating as needed, to dial in the consistency. That is it.
Do I need a Ninja Creami?
NutraChurn is designed for a Ninja Creami or any Creami-style machine that shaves a frozen pint into smooth, dense ice cream. That is where it shines. It works just okay in a traditional ice cream maker, and people have made milkshakes out of it in a blender too. If you want the full experience, the Creami is the right tool.
