Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NutraChurn. We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and completely sealed

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Because NutraChurn is a food product, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used pouches.

Bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of bundle orders.

To start a return, contact us at cole@nutrachurn.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Return Shipping

Unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases we may provide a prepaid return label. If the return is not due to our error, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund.

If we made a mistake with your order or your items arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • Your package or product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is another issue with your order

Email cole@nutrachurn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Any opened or used NutraChurn pouches

  • Free promotional items or giveaway products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

Taste and Satisfaction

If you try NutraChurn and are not satisfied with the flavor, contact us within 30 days of delivery at cole@nutrachurn.com.

While opened items cannot be returned or refunded, we want you to be happy with your experience and will do our best to make it right. This may include offering a different flavor, a discount on a future order, or another reasonable solution, handled on a case by case basis.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at cole@nutrachurn.com.
