What's inside
Whey protein concentrate, an allulose and monk fruit blend for sweetness (no erythritol, no sucralose), non-fat milk powder, and real flavor. Cookies & Cream, Cookie Butter, and Mint Cookie each include a separate pouch of real crushed cookies to fold in at the end.
How to make it
Pour about 1.5 cups of milk into your Creami pint first, then add the pouch and stir. Freeze flat and level for at least 16 hours. Run hot water over the sides of the pint for 30 to 40 seconds, then spin on Ice Cream mode. After the first spin, make a hole in the center, add the crushed cookies if your flavor has them, and run Mix In until dense and scoopable.
Nutrition (per prepared pint)
Around 50g protein, under 10g added sugar, and roughly 500 calories when prepared with the recommended milk. For comparison, a typical pint of ice cream has 45 to 80g of sugar. Most of the little we add comes from the real cookie mix-ins. Exact values vary slightly with the milk you choose.
